Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Ted has always had a passion for creating art. After earning a BFA from Oregon State University, the artist settled in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Not really being into the “starving artist” scene, he went to work for a small residential remodeling company. There he learned the skills of carpentry and finish work and developed a love for wood and its unique beauty. Ted continues to work on custom furniture pieces as well as print-making and sculpture. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, being outdoors and exploring. But above all, Ted's favorite destination has become the Hawaiian Islands.
