My Process
Using mostly reclaimed wood sources, our wood flag assemblages are created with 39 individual pieces to form the overall flag layout. From there, the “canvas” is painted with acrylic paint using a variety of techniques to create an individual and unique piece. These paintings can transform any room with their bold style and presence. By using wood with its three-dimensional properties, these paintings go beyond a traditional canvas work and create a piece that is part painting and part sculpture.
Each piece comes ready to hang using a metal z-strip for convenience and safety. It is the artist's goal to make a high-quality product, using paint and other materials made in the USA.
